Red eyes they stare at my pale face
All he can see is me – disgrace!
Every day, I fight for my success
And he is blind to all my stress
Forever wanting him to see
That sometimes he can learn from me
All day I try to make him proud
But all he does is scream out loud
This pain there is no ointment for
Why come that he does not care more?
I know his life is filled with hate
I know his work is too much weight
And to complain he does all day
He does push everyone away
But dad! How come you hate me too
When all I wish to be is you?
